  My role was to manage the projects so that they are executed and delivered according to order confirmation, planning, within budget and in an efficient manner. In addition to my role as Project Manager I overview the distribution of projects within the team, oversee the work and knowledge development of other project managers and ensure that all incoming projects are completed on time and within budget. My role was to translate the customers wishes into technical solutions so that the project can be realized within the set time, budget and in accordance with the desired quality.
