As responsible for tobacco purchaising, I led many initiatives, contributing significantly to improve the controls, standard of grades, cost management and quality of information. I had important challenges in this area with many projects and initiatives delivered: fusion of the planning and inputs areas; Field Force Mobility; Global Warming; Farmer Segmentation, base management and relationship model; Agricultural Zoning Project. I consolidate important results contributing significantly to increase the performance of oriental tobacco operation. The main deliveries were professionalization of the field team; new model of tobacco seedlings; and new model of curing for oriental tobacco.
