As a Sr. CIC, I work on complex problems across the hospital by bringing people together from all levels of the organization and making data driven decisions. My primary projects have been in the operating room space creating new processes to increase efficiency on supply movement and decrease waste over all our sites. Being part of the Enterprise Project Management Office, I have also led projects to decrease turn around time in our international office and establish an enterprise level approach to cleaning our reusable instruments.
