A few months into training, I was asked to exit the program and promoted into a critical-fill Department Manager role. I managed a team of 10 and oversaw merchandising, inventory management, new hire training, customer service and employee development.   I was first recruited to lead warehousing and facilities for this ecommerce / wholesale seller of supplies for the signage market with direct accountability for light manufacturing, equipment repair, regional inventory management and shipping & receiving. In 2017, my job expanded to include corporate training (at USCutter's Seattle and Memphis locations) and national inventory management. I manage a team of eight and annual budget of $500K. I've played a pivotal role in driving 100% year-over-year growth, delivering significant cost reductions (including a 98% improvement in annual inventory losses), and instituting new and improving existing processes companywide.
