  As e-channels manager I had three main responsibility areas:• Leading a team of three programmers and a UX designer. My responsibilities were to prioritize their assignments, assure quality of execution, fitting to deadlines and for the final delivered result of the team.• Leading projects/assignments: - Leading local e-channels development projects in Swedbank Internet bank for private and corporate customers, www.swedbank.lt public web and Swedbank app. - Planning and implementing marketing projects that would promote sales using internet bank, as well as increasing online transactions.• Another owned area – maintenance of bank’s identification means (PIN generators, password cards, PIN generators for blind) distribution channel and cooperation with external partners (Sweden, Lithuania) in order to ensure continuous production and delivery process.   E-channels product manager

  As e-channels product manager I took part in two projects, both of them in a scrum teams as a product owner:• Building brand new self-service. As a product owner I was responsible for the final result of what the team will deliver. Meaning my main concern was to puzzle out business needs and main problematic areas, work together with business analysts, IT architects and UX designers to figure out best possible solutions. Next to it I always had to be aware of the market and prioritize the backlog so that the functionalities we are implementing first would be the most valuable for the customer and fulfilling the business needs.• Developing self-service app with an international agile team as a product owner. I was a member of core team representing Omnitel’s business requirements, working with priorities in between 8 markets and doing the final acceptance of new functionalities. Show less
