In this role I am responsible for the establishment, guidance, and interpretation of personnel policies and procedures and regulatory/legal compliance and reporting. I also evaluate, negotiate, and administer company benefits. Company Operations duties include ongoing evaluation, development, and implementation of processes and outcomes. This includes staff and executive training, contract negotiations for services and contract management for engineering projects. Serving as the company Safety Coordinator, I am responsible for occupational safety and health management. This includes engaging management leadership and involvement in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the company's Safety Plan and outcomes, providing training and strategies for employee behavior and worksite analysis, hazard prevention and control, and safety and health training for staff. My scope of responsibilities also includes compliance and mandatory reporting to OSHA and other regulatory agencies. Show less
