As HR Manager, my responsibilities include employee relations and development, regulatory and organizational compliance, training, and benefits management. This includes staff and executive training, contract negotiations for services and contract management for engineering projects. Serving as the company Safety Coordinator, I am responsible for occupational safety and health management. This includes engaging management leadership and involvement in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the company's Safety Plan and outcomes, providing training and strategies for employee behavior and worksite analysis, hazard prevention and control, and safety and health training for staff. My scope of responsibilities also includes compliance and mandatory reporting to OSHA and other regulatory agencies. Show less
