This entails utilising adventurous activities as a medium to highlight and improve teamwork, leadership, communication, physical/mental robustness, self awareness and human relationship awareness amongst others, as well as managing risk on a daily basis.

  I am the founder and lead coach in the expedition, training and adventure company Unbound. We believe in performance development through amazing experiences and believe that everyone of us has an adventurer inside. We deliver ski touring/backcountry skiing expeditions in the stunning mountains of Norway and wilderness packrafting expeditions in the highlands of Scotland with clients from all walks of life.
