  My role was to manage all static billboard operations and digital scheduling throughout New Zealand.Responsibilities included: maintaining a high level of consistent dialog with the Sales Team to maximize asset usage, ensure clients artwork had been setup to correct specifications and entering media into the system for scheduling. When it came to scheduling digital content my tasks included; checking client files, understanding and instructing complex schedules and the most up-to-date rules and regulations for digital content.I held weekly meetings with Sales Executives for strategic planning, streamlining of processes and to trouble shoot campaign matters.
