  I have worked as Architect on several large-scale refurbishments and adaptive reuse projects, working with the existing fabric of listed buildings on complex sites, predominantly in the city of London. Involvement on early planning/feasibility phases as well as construction delivery. Experienced working with public clients (councils) and private developers. Projects:-Camden Town Hall - Central London NW. Civic Use, Grade II listed, renovation and extension. RIBA Stages 2-3 (design and planning work securing planning and listed building consent)-Trent Park Master plan - North London. Residential and Museum. Grade II listed and new built. RIBA stages 3-5 (major involvement in construction delivery and delivering scheme to budget; fees, construction planning, contract admin)-Fulham Gasworks Regeneration (Chelsea Creek) - Grade II listed laboratory buildings (C1, C2) and public realm regeneration. Currently working on planning delivery/design and feasibility (RIBA Stage 2)My role was predominantly focused on working with wider design teams and coordinating large scale land regenerations projects. During my four years at Purcell I have served a formal role of Trustee Director, Trust consists of seven employees which oversee activities of the board members and act as a link to the wider practice, internally and externally.
