The caseloads covered Nutrition Support (Oral/Enteral), Gastroenterology, Tier 3 Weight Management, Type 2 Diabetes, Stroke and Oncology. I also delivered a 1-hour PowerPoint presentation on healthy eating to stroke patients and a two-hour Type 2 diabetes education session together with a pier. For both placements, I conducted an audit together with other students.My Undergraduate Dissertation was a systematic review-type research on the role of vitamin D on multiple sclerose symptoms and disease progression.
