      General Contractor of 28 residential homes. Bought two homes for $1.00 and moved them down the road and set on new foundations. At the age of 21 bought 20 acres of raw land and received town approval for a 6 lot subdivision where Legere Builders began it's first construction of many custom built residential homes and was responsible for construction of an 1800 foot road. Purchased and performed major structural rehabilitation for residential buildings including lifting a 3 story apartment building to perform major foundation repairs and drainage management. Legere Builders Inc proudly improved an existing ranch home into a colonial while in habitat by craning the roof off and back onto the second floor the same day. Show less
