      • Program lead for illegal wildlife trade in the Save Valley area. Starting up a new program of engaging community women rangers in communities around the conservancy. Program is not only about conservation of wildlife but also empowering women and communities to boost the village economies.• Came up with community entry strategies which are gender, cultural and acceptable to a community which is biased towards men.• Strategies had to make the whole community understand and appreciate women as rangers a field that is male dominated. These are the first women rangers in the Save Valley Conservancy area. • Came up with a training regime to suit the needs of the Save Valley Conservancy and the communities but also maintaining the effectiveness of the ranger.• Conducting community awareness programs in conjunction with stakeholders involved with wildlife, traditional leadership, councils, legislature, district administrators and other stake holders in Chiredzi, Bikita and Chipinge areas.• Initiated and implemented libraries in primary and secondary schools surrounding the Save Valley Conservancy.• Facilitated the first non-funded workshop on conservationist in Chiredzi.
