This unit is called the National Insider Risk and Aftercare Program (NIRAP). It involves all aspects of business line development such as: HR, Business Cases, Process, funding, protocols, education & training, response mechanism, etc. I have received Insider Threat Manager Certification through Carnegie Melon University and their Insider Threat Program. I have received a Practical Certificate in Insider Risk Management, certified through Carleton University's Canadian Insider Risk Management Centre of Excellence, as well as Insider Threat Mitigation Training from the Insider Threat Defense Group, and a Critical Pathway to Insider Risk (CPIR) certification via Dr. Eric Shaw.
