  I partnered with the franchise owners for 3 weeks prior to hiring, to conduct job fairs at different locations throughout Moncton. Scanned through hundreds of resumes to pick the perfect candidates for the job. Successful candidates were not always chosen for experience but also often based on personality. Once servers were hired, oversaw to the training provided by the franchise. I was also making schedules weekly based on business needs and staff availability. Liquor inventory had to be done monthly with random nightly inventories, also did all the liquor ordering. Answered directly to 3 franchise owners. Supervised hiring, training, follow-up as necessary. Responsible for over 20 servers on any given shifts. Ensured continued communication between front of house and heart of house staff.
