  Hi! I assumed a new challenge within Sicredi and now act as Data Lead for the Customer Relationship Channels Department. My role is to coordinate the data team as well as govern the data strategy for the department as a whole (150+ pax).As a Data Team we are responsible for governing data and data products for digital channels (Mobile and Destkop Banking Apps), physical channels (Register, Teller Machine, Banking Correspondent, External ATM network and Intelligent Safe) as well as cash management (live cash circulation).My main responsibilities are:- People management and development of the Data Team, multidisciplinary team composed of 2 data engineers, 1 data scientist, 1 data product manager, 1 analytics engineer and 3 data analysts.- Develop, promote and govern the department's data strategy while connecting with the corporate strategy- Manage and prioritize the customer relationship channel's data platform, extending it from the corporate platform Show less I am currently holding a DPO role working with the distribution channels data platform for Sicredi. Our department is responsible for 9 distribution channels and also for cash management. Main activities: - Recruitment/selection and people management for the department data team- Create, communicate and propagate data product strategy in order to drive development and procure resources for the team and supporting systems-Ddata product roadmap development and execution- Agile coordination including sprint planning and conduction, user story mapping, hypotheses elaboration and testing, feature refining, story prioritizing and retrospective learning- Develop and deliver Data Onboarding for new employees- Exploratory data analysis aimed at refining business requirement for Data Science projects- Defining data manipulation processes and architecture as well as overseeing implementationMilestones:- Multi cloud coordination: orchestrate framework for Google Cloud (behavioral data for UX testing and refinement) and AWS Cloud (management information system) coexistence. Includes: federation between Sicredi and Google Cloud Platform infrastructures; BigQuery to Amazon S3 ingestion process; mapping Sicredi dev and data roles to Google Cloud Platform roles. - Recreating the Distribution Channels Management Information System (MIS) on the AWS Cloud using Databricks to incorporate a Lake House framework. Includes: defining architecture in Amazon S3; defining and implementing framework in databricks with GIT integration for CI processes; modeling, designing and implementing datasets, reports and dashboards. The system consists of +100 reports and roughly 5 dashboards and processes over 350 million transactions per month.- Development and implementation of a Kafka Based messaging system to capture multi-channel transaction logging and cross-channel transaction journeys. The system alreadys integrates with 2 house products and captures over 10 million events per month. Show less During this time I served as the data analyst for the Digital Distribution Channels department and was responsible for delivering in depth analysis and reports using the mobile banking and the internet banking channel’s management information systems.Main activities:- Providing employee support to the digital distribution channels management information system's (MIS) reports (Denodo) and dashboards (Tableau and Power BI) - Migrating Distribution Channels MIS dashboards from Tableau to Power BI including data validation, data origin specifications and defining data treatment business rules- Data analysis either consuming Distribution Channels MIS outputs (reports and dashboards) or data extraction through SQL querying directly on our databases (Oracle and Teradata)- Report automation using python notebooks and/or SAS Enterprise Guide procs and workflows.- Power BI dashboard development and deploy- Denodo report development and deploy- Exploratory data analysis aimed at identifying business opportunities.
