  Appointed to serve as Chair of The Appraisal Foundation's Appraisal Practices Board. Before being sunsetted in 2017, the APB offered voluntary guidance to appraisers, regulators and users of appraisal services on recognized valuation methods and techniques for all valuation disciplines. The Appraisal Foundation is authorized by Congress as the source of appraiser qualifications and appraisal standards, such as the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Appointed to serve as Vice Chair of The Appraisal Foundation's Appraisal Practices Board. Before being sunsetted in 2017, The APB offered voluntary guidance to appraisers, regulators and users of appraisal services on recognized valuation methods and techniques for all valuation disciplines.
