  Scott joined T&K Asphalt Services, Inc. as its Chief Operating Office after a long career as a practicing attorney. T&K builds and maintains commercial asphalt and concrete parking lot, primarily for property managers of large industrial and residential complexes.After initially serving as its Chief Operating Officer, Scott settled in as the Vice-President of Safety & Training at T&K where he managed the T&K safety programs (OSHA, DOT and DEP regulatory compliance) and managed T&K's accident prevention and response programs.
