It focused on advising growing businesses, featured in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For and won M&A Accountancy Firm of the Year Award in 2007 and 2008. The Corporate Finance Advisory Team focused on mid-market buy and sell side transactions with market values between £5-200m• Advised on both buy and sell side transactions, utilising valuable analytical, project management and technical skills• Managed diverse range of stakeholders through high pressured and complex transactions • Transactions were often highly involved, requiring optimal project and people management skills.
