Upon successful completion in all the components of the exam, a Diploma of the Fellowship is awarded.In addition to structured training in surgery, ward rounds, clinic and surgical intensive care, a special emphasis is given to the participation in Surgical Audit, Quality Improvement Programs and Surgical Research writing. A mandatory Research Dissertation including a synopsis of the research is to be published.
