  • Developed and deployed forecasting dashboard to predict manpower shortage of regional teams using Python (Prophet forecasting library) and PowerBI for visualization.• Developed and deployed a predictive engine for prioritizing which fiber cabinet to enhance/expand as part of Unifi strategy based on historical take-up rate and external variables such as geographic factors, demography and potential sales.• Developed and deployed predictive customer trouble ticket engine using XG Boost to proactively create a ticket before customer raises complaints. Customers followed up on showed an increase in NPS. Project won the Internal GCEO 'Ini Cara Kita' awards for 2021.• Supported internal team in presenting an Anomaly Detection engine at TM's biannual Innovation Conference (CIIC).
