  As a General Maintenance Technician, I provided vehicles with basic repairs, i.e., tire rotations, flat repairs, tire replacement, and other miscellaneous repairs. I expanded upon my knowledge, with insight from technicians, to provide minor suspension and engine work. I was taught how to operate advanced equipment such as scan tools and alignment machines. I was apart of the development and implementation of Vision 2020 and worked as a team to implement new procedures and troubleshoot new systems/ideas. Lastly, I developed customer relation skills as being a general service technician allowed me to work directly with customers to understand their issue and help troubleshoot the problem for a solution.   As a lineman I am responsible for providing services for aircraft, crew, and passengers. I gained further knowledge of aircraft and ground support equipment (GSE), i.e., Air Start Carts, Lavatory Service Carts, Ground Power Units, Oxygen Carts, Fuel Trucks and other support equipment. I am responsible for safe fueling procedures. Furthermore, I am responsible for knowing how to handle emergencies that may arise with support equipment and I am able to navigate within an airport environment.
