I edited and managed The East Tennessee Catholic newspaper, launched and managed the diocesan website, and created and led the diocese's new media program.During my years at the diocese, I led two redesigns of the newspaper and two complete overhauls of the diocesan website. (The current website is *not* the one we produced.) We went from having no online presence when I was hired to earning a spot among the best of diocesan sites. The site included a 12-year complete searchable archive of published newspaper articles, custom calendar and event functions, video, podcasts, priest-only and employee-only sections, detailed pages for every parish and school, and "virtual" editions of the newspaper.
