  My role was a Data Centre Analyst where I accurately maintained the asset inventory for the data centre as well as compiling various reports My responsibilities included; • Creating a monthly billing/cost recovery report several IBM sites.• Asset Management, Compliance, Reporting (Financial Reports, PIT Audit, OPR Reports, DFA -Disposal of Fixed Assets-), Task ID Manager, Reutilisation, Depreciation and constant liaison with Portfolio Asset Managers• Completed asset compliance investigations and audits which are later analysed and scrutinised.• I arranged and oversaw the safe and secure disposal of assets and storage devices • I accurately maintained various inventories/databases/process documentation which includes asset ownership, sensitive information, monetary values and asset movements.In this position within IBM I greatly improved my accuracy as I was dealing with large numbers of sensitive and critical information which was used by several teams for both cost recovery and data centre teams. Whilst compiling monthly account reports and communicating with various account managers I improved my customer relation skills.   Project Planner

  I am an IT Project planner for numerous high profile commercial and Kyndryl accounts.My responsibilities include.• Project planning from receiving customer request to completion.• Projects range from small scale projects to large white space projects i.e. complete buildouts of new customer environments.• Updating requests with detailed information of current status of each project (typically between 30 and 60 concurrent projects)• Organizing Datacentre installations, de-installations and movement of servers, racks, network devices and standalone devices (mainframe’s, processors, ATL’s etc)• Working with various telecoms providers to provide WAN, PSTN, POTS lines to commercial customers within our datacentres• Scheduling datacentre work• Liaising with machine room supervisor to coordinate resource needed for particular pieces of work• Planning and approving changes • Planning of the datacentre environment including server/network racks, calculate the power needed, creating patching schedules infrastructure cabling and to ensure connectivity.• Planning the installation of structured copper/fibre cabling and complete troubleshooting on any cabling and infrastructure issues.• Install, upgrade, patch servers and network devices when needed• Updating and maintaining the asset inventory which is used for cost recovery • I use relevant software including IBM Lotus notes, MMT and Nlyte to assist in my planning and documentation.Through this role I have improved my organizational and time management skills due to the large projects which often have tight critical timescales demanded by the customers.   My core Role is to look after the TSB Datacentre environment within the Infrastructure Operations & Service delivery team. I support the Technical Operations Managers in the delivery of both customer and colleague facing technology to the Bank.
