      Returned for a second summer in TSF Field Inspector role. Tragically, on Aug 4th, Mount Polley's tailings dam breached. That summer I learned a lot about crisis management and the responsibilities of an engineer in such a situation. I witnessed engineers take charge to ensure the safety of employees, limit the damage, and begin the restoration process.
