My primary role is to provide Maximo expertise and experience to help customers benefit from the IBM solution hosted in the Projetech cloud through developing custom integrations into their existing systems, configuring Maximo to server their needs and helping manage their overall server configuration. I work on user focused designs that make Maximo work better for the client's needs. This could be building out Maximo work flows for a new SR application or writing an automation script to make the system meet business process needs. Recently I have focused more on strategic partnerships and project management. This includes working with Projetech's business partners to help understand and develop solutions using existing tooling that Projetech has to offer and developing new tooling as needed. I also function as a technical liaison between the business partner and the Projetech team members.
