      • Performed network audits to determine the ‘health’ of the network infrastructure and to determine communication requirements and patterns.• Duties include testing and support of the various components in the LogicaCMG's Unified Communications Solution. It includes the PSTN to IP (SIP) Interface using Huawei Soft switch, Cisco Layer-2 and Layer-3 switches, Solaris based gate servers, Linux based Application servers and Linux based Back end server with Sun Fire 3510 RAID array. Subscriber authentication was provided using LDAP and messaging server was implemented using Sun JES IMAP server.• Involved in the Interpretability testing (IOT) between Huawei IP softswitch SoftX3000 and the LogicaCMG voice mail platform for the different messaging features including message notification. • Responsible for the reproducing, testing, debugging and automation of customer problems for various call scenarios like direct call using access number and redirected calls to the subscriber mailboxes. • Involved in the design, development, coding and testing of the Billing solution for MISPL/PTCL. The software solution was developed using JAVA on Windows and it collects the billing records from the event logs on the gate servers and write the call duration time in the MySQL database.
