      Promoted from lead business analyst to project manager, I was responsible for replacing a salesreporting system; decommissioning InfoCentre and migrating to SAP BW.       Responsible for leading multiple strategic projects to support the Mars and Wrigley Confectionery merger across Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Payroll in the Middle East and Africa. Key Achievements:- Managed the integration of the Wrigley Supply Chain operations into the Mars SAP platform for Dubai and Egypt; whilst implementing a backlog of Finance Gaps for Egypt ensuring compliance with the global template.- Co-ordinated the implementation of a new SaaS based payroll system from inception to delivery across Egypt and Kenya by effectively managing a diverse Project Team of 16 based in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.- Partnering with Citi Bank and GulfHR, managed the systems integration enabling salaries to be paid automatically to the 500+ associates across two different payroll cycles, on time and with zero discrepancies.- Starting from the RFP, through product selection to proof of concept, implemented a prototype for the demand planning capability with Saudi.- Building on the prototype delivered in Saudi devised a framework and are currently piloting the deployment across UAE and Lower Gulf, prior to future deployments across the remaining global markets.
