Oversaw the #1 of 10 CRFs on the East Coast, with the highest through-put of hydraulic restoration for multiple airframes in 2019-2020.

  Leading the 19th AW with lethal logistical support, deployment processing, and posturing. Advising the Base Commander and senior leaders on current and future operations. Responsible for squadron QA, Training, Security, and compliance operations. Currently ensuring the 19th LRS is in compliance with all regulations and programs and aligning squadron priorities with the Wg/CC's expectations. Led 70+ fuels troops in ensuring professional, on time, quality fuel support for the C-130 operational and training squadrons at Little Rock Air Force Base. Managed 65+ 2T3's and over 500 base vehicles. Ensured base operations maintained at or above MEL, navigated severe vehicle maintenance budget issues, and maintained above an 85% MC rate. Directly responsible for wing deployment and exercise operations. Coordinated on behalf of the 4th FW Wing Commander to fulfill the downrange mission requirements and home station METs. Led over 15 local and TDY exercises, 1 real-world HURREVAC, directed/launched emergent support for the build up and RSO&I ISO OAW, deployed to AFCENT as a RAT OIC as a lynch pin between two IDOs as they transitioned, and performed daily base operations for the 4th LRS/CC Supported CENTCOM and the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing deployment operations as an assistant IDO providing continuity between the cycle changes. Navigated ever-changing COVID-19 deployment guidelines, supported multiple countries and CENTCOM locations by managing transient program, revamped the AUAB Support Agreement Program, published an updated BSP (first in 2 years), and improved the base UTR program by 50%.
