  John Minchin is a registered landscape architect and habitat restoration specialist with extensive experience in the design of habitat restoration, mitigation and revegetation programs for various habitats throughout California, ranging from wetlands to uplands. John also has experience designing habitat restoration programs associated with sensitive/endangered species, including vernal pools to support fairy shrimp, coastal sage scrub to support coastal California gnatcatcher, riparian habitat to support least Bell's vireo and stream habitat enhancement to support southern steelhead. Experience includes monitoring revegetation plans (i.e., report documents), preparation of final revegetation construction documents (i.e., plans, details, and specifications), including oversight of CADD-generated drawings and details, construction cost estimating, construction administration and monitoring, and long-term biological monitoring and reporting.John helps manage the Habitat Restoration group at Dudek, composed of ten staff members. John also helped establish Dudeks's subsidiary landscape construction company, Habitat Restoration Sciences, Inc. (HRS) over ten years ago.
