      I am responsible for the development and execution of the overall vision, strategy and P+L for Elsevier's Education EMEALAAP segment. Core responsibilities include: development of segment strategy and drive strategy execution, determine customer needs, develop and bring to market new products with a focus on electronic workflow solutions, increase sales and profitability (P&L), define overarching content portfolio strategy for Medical and Nursing Education. All based on deep customer insights across all stages of the product life cycle, A mission-critical position that transforms how Elsevier reaches and interacts with medical, nursing and other health professional students, faculties and schools. I am responsible for serving and delighting these customer groups across all related electronic and print products and integrated product solutions. I also lead the local teams of Education Consultants whose responsibility is to drive adoptions in medical and nursing schools for Elsevier's content, provide market intelligence back to product and content teams, and create leads for the institutional sales team. I also lead global change management programs that transform and modernise practice, process and organization.
