  My job is to find companies looking for 10GB fiber ethernet connectivity and to match them with providers who would be willing to service them while absorbing 100% of the build-out cost. This 'near net' approach allows carriers the ability to invest in their assets in the ground, increase ROI by adding on-net customers, and create low-churn customers with long life spans.
