  • Organized four after-school projects in 2016 and 2017, which included camps, badminton competition and extra classes. These projects benefited a total of 220 students.• Initiated a 3-month long intervention program to address school’s discipline problem. Out of 30 students, 80% agreed they changed positively, while 55% of teachers noticed positive changes in those students.• Mentored a team of 8 students to hold an inter-class badminton competition for 60 students. The student-committee managed to raise RM300 and invite 5 teachers to volunteer for the event.• Pitched proposals to stakeholders and assisted students to raise funds to finance my after-school projects. In two years, I obtained a total of RM50,000 to fund my various projects. Show less
