Throughout this period, I learnt how to represent activity reports with excel, to carry out monitoring and compliance exercise, I also learnt the general environmental infractions that the LASEPA LAW iterates an infringement, I learnt the need the involve stakeholders in environmental issues, I also learnt how to address environmental infractions using sanitation alarms and abatement notices. etc, I learnt how to manage waste efficiently using the 3R's. I learnt about the necessary PPE that companies must provide for their workers, I learnt the necessity of cleanliness within and without company perimeter fence and I also learnt about the blue box programme led by Lagos State Waste Management Authority.   I was in charge of facilitating hultprize at my university level. I wrote a one-page document containing every detail of the project then I formed a 12-men local organisation Committee with varying technical specialities, what is called a cross-functional team. I interviewed them, wrote their job roles and enlightened them on their duties during the course of the competition. i also interviewed over 160 volunteers alongside their team leaders. We were able to recruit about over 30 teams and enlighten them on the competition procedure and criteria. We also trained them on pitching, team management, business model innovation, business opportunities in the Agricultural value-chain and Agricultural investment, technological innovations in Agriculture, Food entrepreneurship, Networking and Social entrepreneurship.They were trained by excellent facilitators like Olusola Owonikoko, Oluwatoyin Onigbanjo, Obichi Obianjuwa, Elizabeth Oladepo, Ruth Ijaola, Femi Adekoya and Olalekan Sipasi.I was the best Campus Director from Nigeria for the pre-event session and later earned top 50 global campus director position. Although, I was also nominated for the Top 20 campus director award but I didn't qualify for it. During my tenure, these were my achievements..1. Over 4,000 students were indirectly impacted. 2. Over 2,000 students actively participated in the competition. 3. 10 media publications were made by several media and newspaper agencies. 4. HULTPRIZE FUNAAB featured on three radio stations which my team member and I represented them on. 5. Over 30 teams participated in the competition. 6. 5 rockstar judges participated in the competition and 2 successful keynote speakers such as Hon. Commissioner for Agriculture in Ogun state and Hon.
