      * Work collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff to create a campus culture of inclusiveness through programs and services that increase cultural sensitivity, understanding, respect, and acceptance. * Part of a Executive Leadership team that develops the university diversity plan, Strategic Plan and oversees implementation.* Develop, facilitate, and organize cultural competency/cultural/humility trainings for faculty, students and staff.* Collaborate with student support programs, admissions, student life and a wide range of student organization/clubs.* Identify opportunities to collaborate with other institutions, organizations and/or communities focused on diversity, Inclusion, and equity.* Provide students, faculty and staff with cultural awareness and multicultural programs that foster understanding and acceptance of all members of the campus community.
