  Accountabilities:- Collaborating with the CEO on the strategy formulation of the business units (Food additives & Snacks).- Monitoring and assisting the implementation of business strategies in the two business units across the Commercial, Supply chain, Production and Finance departments.- Formulating Business plan sales forecast and cost based on clients’ demand and reporting gross profit to CEO to ensure achieving strategic plan.- Planning material needs for manufacturing and fully accountable for materials stocks availability to ensure continuous production.- Collaborating with the manufacturing team to formulate the production plan while ensuring product availability, cost efficiency and adherence to the company quality standards.Achievements:- Led the technical and business qualification of MIFAD by MARS company to co-manufacture MARS first flat wafer brand (Galaxy Brix) which was launched in Q4 2023, a long and detailed qualification process that lasted for more than 2 years resulting in an annual revenue of USD 3M.- Co-Leading, co-manufacturing a project for a multinational ingredients company with an expected annual revenue of USD 1M Show less Accountabilities:- Developing production plan to ensure product availability on time, optimizing service cash and cost.- Leading long term capacity planning exercise and providing input to manufacturing organization, regarding anticipated machine or manpower capacity issues.- Participating in S&OP cycle leading supply sufficiency against sales target.- Developing raw and pack materials plans and follow through with purchasing team on optimized delivery plans.- Consolidate sales orders from local and export customers and update production plans on a weekly basis.- Ensuring continual development and improvement of planning processes.- Leading weekly review of inventory and design safety stocks to balance between service cash and cost.- Leading commercial innovations from concept development, R&D visibility, testing, costing up to technical delivery and launch in market.- Managing the portfolio and product life cycle while avoiding write off obsolete inventory, without missing the launch date for new products.Achievements:- Executing development and successful launch of 20 SKU’s between ‘Biscuits and Powder’ consumer products, as well as other confectionary products.
