      Research Associate working on the C-SERVEES project (Activating Circular Services in the Electrical and Electronic Sector). The project is composed of 16 partners from 11 EU countries, has been funded by the European Commission through the H2020 CIRC-01 programme on ‘systemic, eco-innovative approaches for the circular economy: large-scale demonstration projects’. The project aims to develop, test validate and transfer new circular economic business models in in the electrical and electronic sector.C-SERVEES is aimed at shifting from the current linear economy models within the electrical and electronic sector to circular models that maximise the value of materials, foster preparation for re-use, remanufacturing and recycling of ‘Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), and create economic growth and advance environmental objectives in the EU. The project focuses on maximising resource efficiency in the electrical and electronic sector through design, manufacturing, use and end-of-life to use products longer and in multiple cycles.
