As part of the role, we are also responsible for maintaining an Asset Database of all company hardware as well as creating training sessions based around key demands. Working on a busy IT Service Desk, providing IT support for all sections within Mercedes Benz. Role includes taking calls from business partners, whether internal or external and logging all faults with software, hardware and network equipment. Day to day job includes using Syntallect Call Managing System, CISM Call Logging Website, Ultra VNC & Remote Assistance for remote access, Office Suites and all Mercedes Benz applications. Team Leader on the Service Desk of 14 agents provided by Fujitsu for Mercedes Benz. Along side the Team Manager of the desk, responsible for reporting day to day figures, attendance, agent performance and data collection, personal 1-2-1s and call coaching. Also responsible for knowledge and process documentation and maintaining a knowledge base used by the agents to assist with the logging of interactions.

      Tupe'd from Fujitsu into Sainsbury’s with my continued service from December 2013. Deskside Enginner supporting end users in our Head Office bassed in Milton Keynes from the on site IT Connect Bar. Previously, I was working alone on two customer sites in London providing an onsite IT presence when with Fujitsu completeing anbything from password resets to machine imaging, hardware repairing, software installations along with general advice/guidance.
