  Starting at Ingeus as a temp covering admin, I became a permanent member of staff in June 2012, staying on the admin team until May 2014, when I moved on to become a client liaison officer. Having built a vast amount of experience working on Provider Direct, In Work Support, Steps2Success appointment bookings, moving on to our Verification team confirming our clients have started work and sustained in employment for 13 and 26 weeks. Completing sign ups for NCS and answering general queries regarding that programme and now moving on to our newest contract Healthier You, the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme, where our team are responsible for booking participants onto a prevention programme to aid clients into making necessary changes to their lifestyle in order to prevent developing type 2 diabetes.
