      Senior 3rd Line Support Technician for a multimodal logistics business with over 3000 distributed users across 60+ sites.Project work and achievements: Administration of O365, including MFA for all userbase, designed automated conditional access management that forces MFA registration for unprotected users.Administration of Azure AD, including VM, network, Just in Time jumpbox access.Technical lead, designed and configured ServiceNow as a replacement ITSM/CRM system, alongside a ServiceNow partner, and department managers.Competently completed several live data and email migration projects, including successfully planning and implementing email migration to O365 for both user and shared mailboxes, with minimum disruption.Collated all estate workstations using SCCM & SNOW, and identified manufacturing age determined by serial numbers for an asset buy-back PCaaS contract.Reconfigured and remedied a problematic SCCM environment into a working system for updating an unpatched estate, ahead of O365 migrations. This included designing strategic deployment plans, and Distribution Point roll out, to remove network bottlenecks.Successfully performed disaster recovery on production VMware environment following SAN enclosure failure.Remotely identified and reconfigured in excess of 300 network assets, to follow a standard configuration, ahead of adding to a maintenance contract.
