       Developing new products and improving performance of existing products according to local expert team PCP & compliance with “Sika Ethics rules”. Including the driving and maintenance of the Laboratory aspects of the PCP process. Quality Control of product manufactured by Production. Evaluate new raw materials, new processes, and competitor products. Investigating and following through on product/quality related nonconformance and customer complains Providing technical support to other functions Production, QA, Marketing, Technical, Sales & Purchasing Assistance with Quality Control and trouble-shooting in the Production Department.  Involvement in the, costing of products, setting and control of budgetary requirements. Liaison with the Production Department on matters concerning Production. Ensure all procedures and test methods are in line with Corporate standards. Prepare and submit to the Management Director & Corporate (EMEA) all information, reports and presentations/web meetings. Maintenance of the database for the Production Bill of Materials and Laboratory programmes Ensure close information exchange with other Laboratory staff, Factory and Technical.  Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.  Plan , organise , direct and control your sub-ordinates in order to ensure efficient running of the Lab  Identify training needs for your sub-ordinates with the aim to improve the productivity of the Lab  Manage your sub-ordinates according to the disciplinary code of the company. Prepare and submit to the Chief Chemist & Corporate (EMEA) all information, reports, presentations . Maintains Sika information with appropriate secrecy (internally and externally, adheres to policies regarding confidential information Comply with company’s ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001 policies.       Won Poster competion in Zurich, Switzerland Switzerland, Zurich Nov 2014 I won Sika poster competition in Zurich in November 2016. I attended Sika global chemist days for cementitious systems. Sika Chemist from all around the world attended the meeting and each country was asked to prepare a poster illustrating the most interesting powder project they've released. The best poster would receive a prize. My poster illustrated Sikagrout 295-ZA which was supplied to the Acciona wind farm project. It s structural grout that is used for horizontal joints in the concrete… Show more I won Sika poster competition in Zurich in November 2016. I attended Sika global chemist days for cementitious systems. Sika Chemist from all around the world attended the meeting and each country was asked to prepare a poster illustrating the most interesting powder project they've released. The best poster would receive a prize. My poster illustrated Sikagrout 295-ZA which was supplied to the Acciona wind farm project. It s structural grout that is used for horizontal joints in the concrete wind tower and is pumpable at 100m high. I won the challenge beating 17 other countries. My poster was judged to be the best prepared. Product launch completed. Sika SA was one of very few countries that had managed to complete this type of project. Our product meet the required specification, it's fatigue testing has been certified by Applus, an external notified company, and product has already been supplied to customers. Show less
