Responsible for the customer support experience with Microsoft. My daily tasks include having Interactions with global customers and troubleshooting their issues. I am mostly working on Azure Migrate and Azure Site recovery where we Create, Customize, Configure and Troubleshoot Migrations/Disaster recovery for various customers adhering to their timelines. Also support Azure backup customers in their daily tasks like configuring backups, troubleshooting and restores. Show less
