  Golf Resort Karlstejn is one of the most famous golf clubs in the Czech republic. The course is considered as one of the most beautiful, as well as one of the most difficult. The member base is mainly composed by the richest people from the Czech republic as well from the famous people of this country.As my education is in sport management, i started to work there as a starter- one of persons responsible for smooth tournament process. After one year I overtook the position of assistant of club secretary and club manager. I continued on cooperating on positions marshal (referee on the golf course) and starter. The main goal of my acting was organizing tournaments and supervising the daily club run.
