  I was allocated two strategic clients of Sify, which were major MNCs using Sify’s fibre optic network and cloud-based ‘storage as a service’ products respectively. I was responsible to be the bridge between the client IT team and our technical, on-ground teams, to keep the services running at all times. I also handled the incoming new enquiries from the group companies of my clients as well as invoicing, monitoring, reporting and servicing client requests on a day to day basis.
