  I started as a cashier then worked my way to the sales floor where I sold appliances and cabinets. From there I moved to deliveries where I helped pull deliveries, checked off deliveries, scheduled deliveries, and finished the paperwork for the drivers. Next I moved to the receiving department where I unloaded trucks, broke down freight, pulled guests orders, loaded up guests with their orders, and entered paperwork into the computer on items we have received (example: FedEx/UPS). I became the manager of the receiving department and managed for about a year where I moved back to the sales floor as a floorcoverings manager. Here I sold flooring to guests, loaded guests ordered, cut carpet, sent e-mails on issues or to get updates on orders, and make the schedule for my team. Show less

  This company deals with Dehydrated fruits and vegetables. I get samples together to send out for microbiological testing and I send finalized certificate of analyses to customers who have bought the product. I enter in a lot of data into our Deacom program and into Excel documents. I answer customer emails or phones if needed. I have worked in the lab doing some in-house testing we do as well as scheduled some of the product to be ran in rooms to make ship dates. I create specifications for items based off our customer specifications they require or just our own internal specification of a product. I make nutritional in a database call Genesis for our product as well. I have worked shortly in our scheduling department where I created production jobs to create our product. Show less
