Show less Working in the Planned Maintenance department, my roles and responsibilities were crucial in the running of the Major Works section. Duties included receiving and replying to emails, answering phone calls, dealing with tenants complaints, creating reports and invoices, attending meetings. A main part of the role was to update budget and finance spreadsheets and ordering large quantities of work. Also, I provide support to the Major Works Manager and colleagues in whom I must make sure that Planned Maintenance are dealing with tenant’s queries and questions.       My position as Senior Asset Performance Officer is to provide a proactive housing asset management function, taking account of the performance of the Council’s housing assets, informing the Council’s housing investment, cyclical maintenance, and regeneration decisions. I am performance managing data on the Council’s housing assets, ensuring the best strategic use of the housing stock. Working in conjunction with a range of Housing services I am responsible for putting in place mechanisms to capture and maintain accurate information about the condition of the stock both now and in the future. Also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of property and asset data and managing and maintaining control of the Council’s asset and property databases.
