  ● Edited and proofread over 350 English-language lecture transcriptions● Translated extracts and essays of articles in the fields of Linguistics and ELT● Supervised a team of 10 graduates to produce lecture transcriptions and collect second-hand booksACHIEVEMENTS:● I supervised a team of fresh graduates in response to staffing shortage. I organised a double-shift initiative to assist with the training of new transcribers and volunteers, ensuring texts follow the Professors’ recommendations. By running post-lecture sessions, I facilitated effective and prompt responses to frequent undergraduate issues. This initiative combined graduates’ need for hands-on experience and the staff’s need for quality services into an interdependent network. This strategy maximised student participation and enriched my team’s experience, while completing high-quality assignments on time.   ● Was responsible for student enrolment and ongoing data entry of registrants, digitising data from a paper format to a digital format● Prepared weekly and monthly reports on the numbers and data of the registrants in the centre● Managed the receptionist area, including greeting visitors and responding to telephone and in-person requests for information in a neat and well-organised fashion● Acquired a high level of interpersonal skills through this role, which required constant interaction with beneficiaries of different ages and social backgrounds● Coordinated with the project manager, senior coordinator, trainers, and language teachers to further support beneficiariesACHIEVEMENTS:● Was offered an opportunity to teach 2 English courses (35 hours each) to IDPs (aged 6-17)● Spearheaded an initiative in which 300+ children and adolescents participated in 33 events and activities, thus ensuring successful implementation of the Project objectives and activities of Child Protection, Adolescent Development and Participation, and Life Skills● My most rewarding achievement occurred when I introduced a more streamlined approach to increasing youth enrolment to the programme coordinators of Child Protection and Adolescent Development and Participation. This approach reoriented staff efforts towards constant liaison between parents and trainers by making follow-up calls about the beneficiaries’ needs and school time, thus avoiding time conflicts with school hours or parent commitments, and providing further support regarding course content, opening/closing dates, and reminders. While co-updating the NGO-implemented data software, I succeeded in maintaining liaison between the Project Officer and programme coordinators/trainers who adopted this strategy.
