This is the place I have learned the role of viruses and how to sledge out of machines. We interact with Microsoft for update releases and provide the Symantec /Norton end-users with patches for fixing the compatible issues.

My overarching responsibility was to ensure the seamless operation of all facets of our business operations, ranging from product implementation to client support.
