  Covid-19 Testing Team Lead

  Operating in partnership with NHS Wales Test, Trace, Protect to undertake testing and sample processing in the early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic. Shortly promoted to Group Lead, responsible for conducting 100+ tests per day and managing a team of seven over 12-hour shifts.

  Secretary / Trustee

  Responsible for administration and IT within the schools’ active friendraising (3000+ members) and fundraising (over £1mn in bursaries and funding) alumni community. Chair of the Alumni Futures (2024) and Young Alumni (2022) working groups. Secretary/trustee of the associated charitable trust (2024).

  Guiding the development of a charity representing over 750 institutions and leading on best practice for pastoral care, safeguarding, mental health and wellbeing in education. Board lead for youth engagement. Stepped aside as a trustee in late 2023 due to governance restructuring.

  Working alongside a senior member of the Business Intelligence team in one of the UK’s leading private healthcare providers. Supporting with data sampling, collection, analysis and reporting for a broad range of clinical settings, including organisation-wide Covid-19 impact and response.

  Head of Youth for a large internal parliamentary group of MPs, peers, and ministers — advising on youth, education and civil society — as well as supporting individual candidates during a Mayor of London race (2023/24) and internal Conservative Party leadership election (2022).

  Clinical Negligence

  Placement in the Head of Chamber's office with a focus on medical negligence work. Involved reading and summarising past cases and court rulings, drafting mock pleas in mitigation, and observing real-life discussions and negotiations with NHS Resolution.

  School Governor

  Appointed by the Education Board to serve during a complex period merging into a large MAT (19 schools). Oversaw two interim leaders, interviewed and appointed a new Headteacher, managed performance for humanities subjects and chaired the Permanent Exclusions Review committee.

  One of the first two interns in the UK’s leading digital mental health company. Researched the cultural, ethical and regulatory challenges of expanding AI- and data-led typed therapy into the developing world, reporting to the EVP Impact. Invited to present findings to the entire company.

  Stepped up to lead the Global Programmes, People & Volunteers and Technology functions. Additionally responsible for managing key partnerships (Google, whiteGREY, Russell Group) and wider strategic development. Board member/executive director for the UK entity. On graduating, joined full-time to take on responsibility for communications, growth, governance and strategy, as well as supporting the CEO on a day-to-day basis and leading programme development across SE Asia (Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam). The first employee, whilst a full-time university student. Supporting the Founder (former COO/CFO at GEMS Education, the world’s largest private schools operator) with concept development and branding for a new social enterprise. Assisted with dual incorporation as a company and charity in the UK and USA.
