  ZEE5 Music : Redesigned the music experience for iOS, android and PWA as a solo designer within a matter of few months. This led to total number of music users increasing from 3Mn to 22Mn / month. Introduced onboarding session with splash screen and immersive experience for music. On roll out, users exiting music without conversion went down from 70% to 55%, listener to user ratio went up from 12% to lifetime high of 19%, users who saw the splash screen which was just 2.57% in the experiment contributed to over 3% of total listen time Show less Antakshari POC: Worked as a solo designer to create proof of concept designs for Antakshari game. The POC designs were presented to business, to The CTO, Mr Nitin Mittal. It was well received and approved and received funding of $3 Mn Dollars. New Subscription Page: Designed the new subscription page with plan comparisons with plan names, features, pricing and offers completely configurable from backend. Designed the android version alone, completely componentising and extensively documenting for dev handover of designs within a matter of 2 days due to time crunch . This led to a drastic reduction in turnaround time from design, and made any new changes very easy.The new plans have added ₹50 CR as additional revenue this year. Subscription journey pitch: Based on stakeholder interviews and data, redesigned and proposed subscription journey with 10 unique nudges and corresponding subscription pages to product and business. Subscription nudge was later introduced in consumption screen and generated revenue of 2.88 CR. New onboarding journey with Truecaller: Designed a new one step onboarding flow with number and details being identified by Truecaller and user being able to sign-up in just one step. This was a massive success with a lifetime highest registration success rate of 95%. ILT20 Scorecard: Designed IL T20 Scorecard. Conducted user interviews to understand the user journey and what the user looks for at each stage of the game. Did extensive secondary research, competitor analysis and watched matches to understand the game, having had little prior knowledge of the sport. ZEE5 Ad Manager Campaign Module redesign: Revamped campaign module of ZEE5 Ad-manager. Conducted expert interviews, focus groups with stakeholders, competitor analysis. Insights gained were leveraged in the creation process. Other projects: ZEE5 Multi-user profile functionality for TV, Chrome casting feature for mobile. Show less
