      Served as a liaison and single point of contact for the DSCC (Defense Supply Center Columbus), Customer Pay Support Team at Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) providing the entire spectrum of services required for Backorder Reduction Support. Evaluate existing and potential parts shortages and coordinate the fulfillment of those shortages on a daily basis in support of the LEAD HMMWV RECAP production lines. Coordinate shortage actions with LEAD operations and maintenance personnel, W.W. Williams’ personnel (services contract representatives), AM General personnel, TACOM and DLA (Defense Logistics Agency) representatives. Proactively monitor all support aspects of the Customer Pay program. Strive to prevent all stock-outs by communicating/interacting often with depot personnel, CP vendor on site and other Customer Pay Team members. Research, compile and submit PQDRs (Product Quality Discrepancy Reports) through the PDREP system for DLA, insuring accurate technical and quality information as well as photographed samples of frustrated stock are provided. Attend LEAD senior level management production meetings and brief on a regular basis of status of Customer Issues. Handle, transport and prepare the shipment of Dangerous Goods in accordance with DOT, FAA and any other applicable standards.
